Delivery Times
The following delivery times are estimates and apply after your order has been dispatched.
Germany: 2–4 business days
Please note that during collection launches, major releases, or peak seasons, shipping times may be extended due to increased order volumes.
Once your package has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment at any time.
We appreciate your patience during busy periods and assure you that our team works hard to process all orders as quickly as possible.
Courier Service
All deliveries are shipped via DHL.
Packaging & Partial Deliveries
If your package does not contain all items from your order, there is no need to worry. In some cases, products may be shipped separately due to different production or processing times. The remaining items will be delivered as soon as possible.

We carefully package every order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged item, please contact customer service immediately.
To reduce environmental impact and unnecessary packaging waste, orders containing multiple items may be consolidated into fewer shipments whenever possible.
Shipping to DHL Packstations
Delivery to DHL Packstations within Germany is available.
Please ensure that:
- Your Postnummer is entered in the Additional Address/Company field.
- "Packstation" and the corresponding Packstation number are entered in the Street and House Number field.
Please note that parcels must meet DHL's Packstation size requirements to qualify for delivery.
If delivery to the specified address or recipient is unsuccessful, DHL will leave a notification card. The package can then be collected from the designated post office within 7 days upon presentation of valid identification. Unclaimed parcels will be returned to our warehouse.
Delivery Issues
A shipment may be returned to us for various reasons, including:
- Incomplete or incorrect delivery address
- Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts
- Refusal of delivery
- Failure to collect the parcel within the specified timeframe
If your package is returned, please contact us through our contact form. Let us know whether you would like the order to be reshipped and if a different delivery address should be used.
Tracking Information
Missing Shipping Confirmation
If you have not received your shipping confirmation email, please check:
- Your spam or junk folder.
- The email address used during checkout.
If you registered through Facebook or another third-party service, shipping updates may be sent to the email address associated with that account.
If you still cannot locate the email, please contact customer support.
Tracking Number Not Working
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment.
Messages such as:
- "Shipment not recognized"
- "No information available"
are usually temporary and resolve automatically within 24 hours.
If the issue persists beyond 24 hours or your shipment appears stalled, please contact our customer support team. We will work directly with DHL to investigate the matter and keep you updated.
Lost Packages
If your package has not arrived within one week after the estimated delivery period stated in your order confirmation, please contact us via the contact form.
Our customer service team will investigate the shipment and take all necessary steps to ensure a prompt resolution.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, additional import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other charges may apply.
These fees are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are not included in the product price or shipping costs displayed at checkout.
Diversity has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
The recipient is solely responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by local authorities.
