Refund policy

Eligibility for Refunds

You have the right to request a refund within 14 calendar days after receiving your item.

Refunds are only available for items returned in perfect, original condition. Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed, with all tags attached, and must be returned complete in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, socks, underwear, and pre-order items are excluded from refunds.


Return Registration

All returns must be registered through our official return portal within the 14-day return period.

Returns that are not registered via the return portal cannot be processed or accepted.

After successful registration, you will receive detailed return instructions directly via the portal.

Refund Process

Refunds will only be issued once the returned items have been received and inspected at our warehouse.

After inspection, you will be informed whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received the funds, please contact our support team.


Return Shipping Costs & Deductions

  • Germany: A return fee of €5.90 will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • International orders: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer and are non-refundable.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are also non-refundable.


Returned to Sender

If a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us (e.g. due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of acceptance), a refund will be issued once the parcel has arrived back at our warehouse.

Processing may take up to 10 business days after receipt.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can review your case.

Approved claims will be refunded or resolved accordingly.


Exchanges

We offer size exchanges for customers within Germany.

Exchanges can be requested independently via our returns portal. During the return process, you may select the replacement variant you would like to receive.

After submitting your exchange request, please send the item back to our warehouse.

Once the return has been received and inspected, the exchange will be processed and the replacement item will be shipped.

You will receive a separate order confirmation and tracking information for the replacement shipment.

Please allow up to 5 business days for processing after your return has been received.
